All the apartments are full and not surprising given the weather - has almost become civilised enough for smokers to go out for a drink at last. Edinburgh apartments are now being booked for august - the festival flats are always popular but many regular visitors to the edinburgh festival are wise enough to know that to book early is to get a choice -
to come later is to get what you are given. The large edinburgh apartments catering for large groups are the first to go.
If the dance troups and theatre teams had thier own way it would be 5 people to a double bed -
we will bring blow up mattresses if its ok. Nearer the time of course the 2 night weekday stays for couples and last minute arrivals will fill the remaining gaps.
The online booking system is hepling people to choose online - given that prices are displayed its possible to compare on the site and decide to book without refering to an agent - very good for overseas visitors in differnet time zones - as much as we would like to man the phones 24 -7 we need to drink smoke dance and sleep occasionally even Martyn.

The nature of city breaks - decide on wednesday to head to the city for friday - jump on the computer get a great apartment rental deal - job done.
Keeps the phones busy and helps sell the few remaining edinburgh apartments left for the up coming long weekend.
Has been a bit of a dirty car day with the company cars getting the valet in - nice guy even left the pound coins on the dashboard!
Moving office soon to the hen party townhouse basement - have to vacate every friday at 2.00pm what a shame - the weekend starts here
More moving of beds this weekend - moving 6 beds in to the grassmarket apartment to make it a cosy hen party flat - very close to the three sisters and espionage - a real party apartment - will be cheap too.

What a day we have many bookings to process the phones are ringing non stop - edinburgh is as popular as ever for apartment rental fans.
Kathryn the great has ventured overseas and has left us scrambling in her wake as we have got used to having her at the helm - she runs a tight ship and things are a bit spiradic with the top boss in charge.
Looks like we have more city centre apartments coming our way and a couple of bed and breakfast properties.
These should be popular and have already been entered through the festival apartments site.
Edinburgh apartments are ever popular with hen party groups but nothing can match the rush to secure St Patricks day apartment accommodation as we experienced from the typically last minute Irish onslaught. We are checking the flats for the fallout today but they seem up to now to be all in one piece.
